Northern California Test Proctoring is operated by Dr. Paul J. Neal. Dr. Neal has 30 years experience in assessment, instruction and community college counseling.
Dr. Neal has experience administering and scoring computerized and paper/pencil placement and career assessments to new and continuing students throughout Sacramento, El Dorado, Placer and Nevada counties. He is well experienced in administering and proctoring individual and group testing sessions to over 100 students.
His educational training includes a Doctorate Degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Laverne, a Master’s Degree in Human Behavior from National University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Xavier University in New Orleans.
Northern California Test Proctoring was started in an effort to serve the test proctoring needs of clients throughout Northern California, Sacramento County, El Dorado County, Placer County and the San Francisco Bay Area, including Folsom, El Dorado Hills, Placerville, Roseville, Rocklin, Auburn, Loomis,and Elk Grove.
Northern Test Proctoring Services is committed to insuring we adhere to the standards and testing conditions required by your institution. We provide students with clear instructions and maintain contact to insure that test materials are sent and/or received with time to spare before classroom deadlines.
We are prompt, professional and committed to maintaining PROMETRIC testing center standards. We maintain standardized testing practices which are followed in colleges and universities throughout the country.
Test proctoring fees are $40 per hour with a one (1) hour minimum
*IMPORTANT NOTE: Appointments for testing that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $10 late cancellation fee. Late arrival is subject to a $10 per every 30-minute fee.
Northern California Testing Proctoring Center
Northern California Testing is located in an easy to access professional office building near Highway 65 in Rocklin. Our office is comfortable, safe, well maintained and climate controlled with excellent lighting.
We provide computer access, individual work areas for one-on-one testing or small groups up to 25 students. The center provides computer-based and paper-based tests. There is no charge for parking.
